1. Processing Time
At NDLPT Mansion we take pride in processing and shipping our orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: USPS Priority Mail – Estimated transit time of 3-5 business days after shipment.
- USPS Priority Shipping: $12.99 Shipping for orders below $100
- Free Shipping: Available on orders of $100 or more (domestic only).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to US only. If your location is not listed, please contact us at hello@ndlptmansion.com.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@ndlptmansion.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Returns & Exchanges
